The building is constructed from a steel frame constructed on pad foundations. The existing land has been lime stabilised and built up in layers of 300mm. The footprint of the building is 17,000sq ft which consists of a small warehouse area to the rear and amenity area for staff. The sales floor area measure 16,190sq ft with a Terrazzo tile floor covering. Externally there is a 72-bay car park incorporated disabled bays and parent and child parking. There is a small concrete service yard which adjoins a further concrete service yard that is fenced off to incorporate the garden centre area of the store.
