The works comprise of steel framed industrial buildings with a composite cladded roof. The external façade consists of a mixture of cladded panels, brickwork and rendered with aluminium glazed shop fronts. Internally they consist of terrazzo tiled floors, block work to 3metres on the perimeter. A jumbo stud wall separates the back of house from the retail area. Externally the car park is tarmacked with a rear service yard which includes a concrete finish. The total floor area of the unit is approximately 25000sq ft.
