The works comprise of the design and construction of a bespoke light warehouse / retail facility on behalf of a national builders’ merchants together with ancillary offices, along with associated external works and infrastructure at land off Spellar Way, Carlisle. The unit consists of a structural steel portal frame with a clear height to the underside of haunch of 5.50 metres. The elevations comprise of a combination of built-up profiled steel cladding, composite cladding panels, and curtain walling. The units are provided with level access loading doors, steel personnel doors and patent glazed entrance. The unit has a Gross Internal Floor Area (GIA) of 1,375 m².
