The works comprise an 11,000sq ft/1022sq metre Marks & Spencer Foodhall, constructed from a steel frame with a vertical micro-rib cladding. Internally, the works comprise of a mezzanine floor, back of house area and a loading bay zone. Externally there is a service yard along with a tarmac car park.
