From Conferences to Training Courses, Mentorship Programmes to Certification Programmes, Pioneer Design and Build Ltd takes great pride in supporting employees’ educational goals. Although the importance of employee learning and education is not a new concept, the way that Pioneer Design and Build Ltd approaches this is starting to shift. There are a myriad of strategies that companies tend to leverage to foster talent, however Pioneer Design and Build Ltd has realised that providing a few learning opportunities here and there isn’t always enough to move the needle in business goals. In order to really drive business growth and enable professional development as well as provide employees with the necessary skills to succeed in the future, it is crucial to consider education as more than just a benefit that ticks a box. Some of these benefits include but are not limited to advancements in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, higher performance in revenue and profitability for the business and attraction and retention of talent.
