The works comprise the design, construction of 2 new warehouse units along with associated external concrete service yards, tarmac car parking areas, external security fencing, gates, soft landscaping, a cycle shelter and bin store.
The gross internal floor area is 3,820m2 ground floor plus offices and 1st floor mezzanine office 370m2, a total of 4,190 m2.
