The works comprise the design and construction of two new warehouse units along with associated external concrete service yards, tarmac car parking areas, external security fencing, gates, soft landscaping, and a cycle shelter. The gross internal floor area is as follows:

• Unit 1 – 1,651.7m2 ground floor including offices, 1st floor mezzanine office 240.51m2, a total of 1,892.21m2.
• Unit 2 – 2064.47m2 ground floor including offices, 1st floor mezzanine office 232.82m2, a total of 2,297.29m2.
