The works comprise the design and construction of five new warehouse units along with associated external concrete service yards, tarmac car parking areas, external security fencing, gates, soft landscaping, and cycle shelters. The gross internal floor area is as follows:

• Unit 4 – 3,360m2 ground floor including offices, 1st floor mezzanine office 179m2, a total of 3,539m2.
• Unit 5 – 3,078m2 ground floor including offices, 1st floor mezzanine office 179m2, a total of 3,257m2.
• Unit 6 – 2,150m2 ground floor including offices, 1st floor mezzanine office 285m2, a total of 2,435m2.
• Unit 7 – 1,596m2 ground floor including offices, 1st floor mezzanine office 183m2, a total of 1,779m2.
• Unit 8 – 2,945m2 ground floor including offices, 1st floor mezzanine office 306m2, a total of 3,252m2.
